Who we are

Performance Accelerated Learning, LLC (PAL) operates justinreinert.com and performanceacceleratedlearning.com. This notice covers these websites and related inquiries about speaking, coaching, training, consulting and Creating Belonging. It does not cover Brain Aware Training’s separate operations.

Information we collect and use

When you contact us, request a meeting or ask about services or books, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email, organization, role, scheduling preferences and message. Book inquiries may include quantities, delivery details and timing. We use this information to respond, discuss your needs, prepare proposals, arrange services and manage our business relationship. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information to deliver and protect the sites, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps.

Cloudflare also supplies aggregate website performance and traffic statistics through its Web Analytics beacon. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics. This is separate from the optional Google Analytics controls below.

Optional analytics and your choice

Google Analytics is off until you select “Accept analytics.” If you accept, it measures visits, pages and interactions using cookies and technical information. Our custom inquiry tracking records the type and placement of scheduling and email-link clicks, not the contents of your email. A click does not establish that a booking, email or purchase was completed.

Select “Cookie settings” on any page to accept or reject analytics, including withdrawing an earlier acceptance. Rejecting does not prevent you from using the website. We store your choice in your browser for six months, separately for each website. Clearing browser storage or changing browsers may require choosing again. On withdrawal we stop our analytics tracking and attempt to remove Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site; this does not erase data previously collected.

Analytics cookies, such as _ga and _ga_* identifiers, distinguish visits and maintain session information. Google’s default cookie duration can be up to two years and may refresh with use; browser settings can shorten it. Our six-month choice period is separate from those cookie lifetimes. You can also delete cookies through your browser. We configure these tags with advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals disabled. Read Google’s explanation of partner-site data and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Newsletters

People who inquire about services or books may also be added to our newsletter where permitted by applicable law. Where consent is required, an inquiry alone does not provide that consent. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link; you can also contact us to stop marketing emails. Unsubscribing does not prevent messages needed to respond to your request or deliver an agreed service.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent contact information or share it with partners for their own marketing. We use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, customer relationship management and business administration. Providers receive information needed for their services. Book fulfillment may involve IngramSpark and delivery providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and security.

Scheduling links open Motion. Email links open your email application. Links and embedded content may involve external services, including video, social media and book retailers, whose own privacy notices apply. Cookie settings control our Google Analytics tags, not your activity on external websites.

Retention

Our current practice is to retain inquiry and newsletter contact records until you ask us to remove them, subject to applicable legal requirements. Unsubscribing stops newsletters but does not itself delete all business records. Records needed for orders, contracts, accounting, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained separately. We may retain minimal information needed to honor an opt-out. Contact us about the records associated with you and any applicable retention exceptions.

Processing locations and legal grounds

PAL is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, purposes include responding to pre-contract requests and performing contracts, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and operating and protecting the sites, complying with legal obligations, and consent for optional analytics or marketing where required. Contact us for information about applicable transfer arrangements.

Your requests

Email us to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to marketing. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to a portable copy, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent or an appeal. We may need to verify your identity and consider legal exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. You may complain to a relevant privacy regulator. No system can guarantee absolute security; please do not send sensitive information through ordinary email unnecessarily.
